Domains for sale

A working portfolio of brandable and exact-match domain names. Direct from the owner — no marketplace, no commission, escrow on every sale.

Payment via escrow
Transfer within 5 working days
Every offer answered within 24 hours
Dutch company, KvK-registered
No transfer, no payment. The escrow agent holds your money until the domain is provably in your own account. We pay the escrow fee. There is nothing to lose by making an offer.

The rest of the portfolio

Also owned, also for sale. No page of their own yet — make an offer on any of them.

How it works

How the sale works

Four steps. No account, no bidding war, no listing fee.

01

You make an offer

Name your price and leave an email address. It reaches us directly — there is no marketplace in between taking a cut.

02

We answer within 24 hours

Accepted, countered, or declined with a reason. You always get a real answer from a person, not silence.

03

Payment goes through escrow

Escrow.com or a Dutch notary holds the money. It is only released once the domain is provably in your account. Neither side has to trust the other.

04

The domain moves to you

We unlock the name and hand over the auth code, or push it inside the registrar. Usually same day; five working days at the outside.

Questions buyers actually ask

How do I know this is not a scam?

You do not have to know. Payment runs through Escrow.com or a Dutch civil-law notary, who holds your money until the domain is demonstrably in your own account. If the transfer never happens, the escrow agent returns your money — not us. We are GoedeService.nl B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 86598422; you can look that up before you send anything.

How long does the transfer take?

Usually the same working day. We unlock the domain and send you the authorisation code, or push it to your account inside the same registrar, which is faster still. Five working days is the outside case, and that is only when a registry imposes a waiting period.

Can I pay in instalments?

For anything above €2,000, yes — typically three monthly payments, with the domain moving on the final one and held in escrow in the meantime. Say so in your offer and we will set it out.

Is VAT charged on top?

Prices are excluding VAT. A Dutch buyer pays 21% VAT. A VAT-registered business elsewhere in the EU pays nothing extra under the reverse-charge rule. Outside the EU there is no VAT.

What is included besides the name?

The domain registration itself, and the remaining registration period, which we do not deduct. Any website, logo, traffic or social handle is not included unless the listing says so in writing.

Why is there a €500 minimum?

Because every one of these names costs money to hold each year and none of them has to be sold. Below €500 it is worth more to us renewed than sold, so those offers are not read. It is not a negotiating position.

Can I make an offer on a domain that is not live yet?

Yes. The names under "The rest of the portfolio" are owned and for sale in exactly the same way — their DNS simply still points at another registrar, so they have no page of their own. Pick one in the offer form.
